Biography

Karl is a Bachelor of Music graduate at Monash University. Throughout the years, Karl had experiences in public performances and music festivals such as piano showcase at Monash University and annual performance events for music studios. In 2022, Karl also had the opportunity to perform on 103.5FM 3mbs radio station’s season 1 the Talent program.

With teaching experiences at Greenhills Primary School and Lakeside College, students have thrived in their musical journeys. These experiences have equipped Karl to teach effectively across diverse environments and student profiles. The exposure to different settings has enabled him to tailor his approach and empower students to excel in their musical pursuits.

Karl has an extensive experience in teaching the standard AMEB comprehensive, Piano for Leisure and Repertoire exam which has helped many students to achieve high results and maximise their capabilities.

Examinations are optional, exploring the joy in music is what matters.

As a piano teacher, Karl strives to inspire his students and aims to provide the best quality of music education.

Under the tutelage of Mikhail Solovei, Len Vorster, Anthony Halliday, and Tomoe Kawabata, Karl has honed his piano skills and expanded his musical horizons.
